Weapons were supplied by Eastern Timore to LTTE

Sinhala news media flashed a news that a movement named “Frotline” residing in Eastern Timore was supplying weapons to the Liberation tigers of Tamil Eelam movement. Such information was discovered from the weapons recovered from Mullaitheevu.

Police higher official stated, many information such as weaponry transactions were gathered from the recovery, but due to security reasons, the information would not be published.  According to information of recent times, weapon ships have transported from Eastern Timore to supply arms to the Tamil Eelam Liberation tigers.
