75 feared killed in SLA artillery attack, elders home shelled

At least 75 civilians are feared to have been killed in separate incidents of artillery shelling fired by Sri Lanka Army (SLA). About 15 civilians have been killed and 35 wounded at Iranaippaalai this (Saturday) morning, according to sources of Maaththalan hospital.
Four more civilians were killed and around 55 injured as shells targeted an elders’ home and the surrounding area.
Meanwhile, on Friday, SLA artillery barrage in Theavipuram and Valipunam killed at least 50 civilians, according to witnesses.
