IMF rejects a request from Innercity Press on the terms and conditions of the loan to Srilanka

Reports state the IMF has rejected a request from the U.S based Innercity Press who asked for the terms and conditions under which the 2.5 billion U.S dollar loan was granted.
The Innercity press filed a report saying this loan provided by the IMF would be used against the Tamils to destroy them and requested for the terms and conditions under which the approval was given.
However the IMF had rejected their request saying such documentations could only be given to the Srilankan government.
