Vanni Narratives

alt text

Many countries in the world today are trying to recover from internal, civil conflict. A well-known method is to promote a ‘healing of memories’ towards national reconciliation. It is hoped that when people come to realize and understand what has happened by reading and finding out about the past through narratives from different perspectives, they will then be in a better position to reconcile, forgive and reform relationships on the basis of mutual understanding. Most people have heard of the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) in South Africa during the 1990’s.

BLUFFING Of NOOR NISHAM, a lecturer at McMaster University, Canada:

alt text

Noor Nisham, a Sri Lankan Muslim, turned his hat and bluffed in an interview to a news reporter of a Singhala news paper in Sri Lanka.  The first question for you is who told you that More than half of the Tamil diaspora in Canada are against the LTTE ?  You also compared the pro-LTTE Tamil diaspora to alcoholics and drug addicts.  Shame on you Mr. Noor; being a lecturer in Communication Science you have been used well and paid well by Sri Lankan Government. Your God Allah will not forgive you for communicating lies.  You cannot hide a pumpkin inside a rice pot.  The extract of his interview is attached bellow.

KANNUSAMY REMINDS MAHINDA RAJAPAKSE – Moses Thayan

alt text

Don’t you remember what you studied in Mahavamsa? I am Sri Wicrama Raja Singan, the last king of your country, who ruled the Kandyan Kingdom, and my original name is Kannusamy. I want to remind you about the brave Tamil kings who fought the foreign invaders. Sangilian Dynasty (1519 – 1619) ruled the Jaffna Kingom, and the Sangilian the2nd, was captured by the Portuguese and brought to Goa in India and was hanged. King Pandaravanniyan ruled Vanni, who won the first battle but lost the second battle with the British and died of wounds. King Ellalan who ruled Anuradapura Kingdom (235 BC) fought with a young king Thuttagaimunu, when he was 72 years old. In 543 BC Vijeyan came with his 700 friends to our country and married Kuveni, and his dynasty became Singhalese. Vijeyan later married Tamil women from South India. Our old kings fought with honesty, no foul play like you used Chemical weapons. Kannusamys, Sangilians, Pandaravanniyans, an Ellalans are always there. So the war is not over. Read more

The Sinhalese doctor alleged of killing a Tamil female family consultant nurse in Vealanai government hospital in the island off Jaffna, was suddenly transferred to a hospital in Changkanai in Jaffna peninsula. Tharsika Saravanan, 27 year-old, from Charava’nai was found dead in her room in the official quarters on Sunday, and the hospital sources say she had an argument with the doctor the night before. Twin brothers, the mass murder culprits, Indian Central Government and Sri Lankan Rajapakse Administration are now getting ready to start drilling for oil in the northwestern coast of Tamil Eelam.  In 2008, cunningly, Sri Lankan government signed a Petroleum Resources Agreement with an Indian company ‘Cairn India’ to explore and produce hydro-carbon and natural gas in the basin of Mannar in Tamil Eeam. Mannar basin has eight oil and gas exploration blocks and two of them have been already granted to China and India. Russia’s largest oil company, Gazprom also plans to take part in the exploration of offshore oil in the Mannar basin, Eelam waters. Chevron-Texaco, a US oil giant has also expressed interest in bidding for oil exploration blocks. Read more

STOP BEING FOOLED – BE ALERT – SLA BOMBING THE LTTE HIDEOUTS (Winning is earning, loosing is learning – failures teaches success) – Moses Thayan

alt text

It’s ridiculous to come to know that even Pro-Eelam Struggle Medias have fallen in the net of Sri Lankan Intelligence wings, and published in their Medias about the created gravy false news of Sri Lanka about the bombing on LTTE hideouts.  Months before the final phase of Eelam war 4, Sri Lankan Government created false stories that the LTTE had chemical weapons, and pretended as if they were really afraid of it and begged for preventive gears of chemical weapons for their Forces, from their allies who too falsified ; the dogs of the same street bark alike.  It had been, the same old trick of SL government, when they plan to do some illegal and inhuman attacks against the Tamils, they foretell that in the opposite way around. Making false complaint against the enemy and do the very thing they themselves. So it means that there will be some bomb blasts in the South very soon in the name of LTTE. Read more

Brutal killing of beggars continues in Sri Lanka, which started just few weeks before IIFA (Bollywood Oscars) held last month. Director Seemaan may be arrested

alt text

A vociferous speaker, and a strong supporter of Eelam Tamils, Director Seemaan’s house and his office have been already rounded by Tami Naadu police and he may be arrested any time. Tamils all over the world love to listen to his speech; he becomes very emotional when he speaks about Eelam Tamils and their fight for self determination.  This is not the first time, several times in the past he was arrested for the only reason for voicing for the freedom of the Eelam Tamils and for indicating the deliberate discrimination of the central government and the Tamil Naadu government against Eelam Tamils.
